Information
Terms of Use
Terms for reading Tenderness Lit, submitting work, intellectual property, acceptable use, offline copies, and publication decisions.

1. Agreement
By using Tenderness Lit you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use or install the site.
2. Editorial content
Literary and editorial content is offered for reading and cultural discussion. Interpretations are subjective; the site does not provide professional advice.
3. Submissions
A submission is an invitation to consider work, not a contract or guarantee of response, acceptance, editing, payment, or publication.
4. Submission rights
You confirm you have authority to submit the work. No rights transfer merely by submission; any publication license must be set out separately in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Site design and editorial material are protected by applicable rights. Authors retain copyright as stated in individual agreements. Personal reading and ordinary linking are welcome; republication requires permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, evade security, scrape at harmful volume, misrepresent affiliation, submit unlawful material, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
7. Offline copies
Installation and caching create temporary local copies for personal use. Offline availability is not permanent and does not expand permission to redistribute content.
8. No publication guarantee
Past correspondence, an acknowledgement, editorial interest, or requested revision does not guarantee publication. Decisions may be changed before a written agreement.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The site may change, pause, lose cached material, or contain errors. It is provided as available without warranties to the extent law permits.
10. Liability, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Tenderness Lit is not liable for indirect loss arising from use or unavailability. Updated terms apply prospectively when posted. Questions: [email protected].
